R E T U R N S
We take great care to ensure our products fit well and welcome you to try on your purchase in the comfort of your home. If you’re unhappy with your selection we accept returns and exchanges that comply with our policy within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All tags must be attached and packaging in its original condition.

Gift cards are non-returnable.


R E F U N D S
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

S A L E   I T E M S
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
For items purchased on sale or with a discount code, you may return your item for a full store credit refund or exchange.


S T O R E   C R E D I T
Store credits are only valid for 12 months upon issue.


E X C H A N G E S
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@soie-studio.com. Exchanges are based on availability and shipped back to you free of charge.


S H I P P I N G
To return your product, forward your original order email to us and outline details of your return request, our friendly staff will then assesses your return and provide the relevant information and options for you.

Returns will be strictly only accepted via post.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

We hold the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet the return policy requirements. If this occurs, you will be liable for shipping the item back to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We are not liable for the loss of an item that is in transit to our online warehouse. It is recommended that you return your items using registered mail so you can track the parcel.
