All orders are processed within 24-48 hours and sent from our Melbourne/Singapore studio using Australia Post Domestic/Worldwide Express with full tracking available. Please note that a signature is required for delivery. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to accept the parcel during business hours from 9am to 5pm, such as a work address. PO Box addresses are not accepted.

Should you wish for your item to be delivered without signature or left unattended, please specify your request in the notes when completing your order. If this option is chosen, we do not accept responsibility for missing or displaced parcels.

B U L K Y  I T E M S

For Soié Home items, please select bulky item shipping during checkout. Shipping for bulky items are $30 flat rate for all Singapore orders. 

T R A C K I N G

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you with details of your delivery. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly.

P O S S I B L E   D E L A Y S

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Local guidelines apply once your purchase arrives in the country of destination and may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in that country. These taxes and duties are not included with your purchase. Please check with the local authority to ascertain applicable rates as these charges are borne by you.
